ASG warrants to the original purchaser buying an ASG Industrial Tool product with the intention of use rather than resale, for a period of 18 months, 10 years on tool chests and Lifetime on sockets.
ASG will replace or repair those items fpound to be defective or otherwise fail to conform or at ASG's option, or repay the price paid for the item. The buyer's remedies with respect to any item EXCLUSIVELY to the right of replacement. In no event shall ASG be liable for any incidental special or consequential damages or for damages in the nature of penalties.
